Jon English Antique Sports Cards a vintage paradise

Jon English Antique Sports and Cards, in Shelbyville, Tennessee, offers antique and vintage sports cards, equipment and memorabilia.
Owner Jon English invites you to explore the shop and vintagesportsantiques.com. Christine Rachelle, who manages the website, said the brick-and-mortar shop opened in Shelbyville in 2020.
“We are a one-of-a-kind website and shop selling vintage collectible sports cards, vintage sports equipment – often in the original packaging – from the 1800s to the 1970s including uniforms and historic gear, and antique sports memorabilia including programs, tickets, pennants, sports-themed advertising, trophies, and so much more. At the shop, we offer vintage graded cards, card sets, unopened cases, and boxes of loose cards for the card hunter to sort through at one of our multiple sorting stations, each equipped with a chair and an outlet for charging.”
Hobbyists and sports enthusiasts will find items that will intrigue their imagination and spark memories, “including gifts for sports fans, decor for man caves, she-sheds, and kids’ rooms, and memorabilia from our parents' and grandparents' pasts,” Rachelle said.
“Kids can come learn about card collecting and how sports used to be played,” she added. “Collectors of vintage and antique sports cards, equipment, and memorabilia will find a one-of-a-kind experience, often likened to a museum, with fair pricing and unparalleled selection, especially in the antique equipment, and everyone seems to enjoy a good chat with Jon.”
